I used to order this at McAlister’s but they stopped serving it. My friends absolutely love this cake so I ordered it for their anniversary. They were so happy and said it was so delicious!

THE MOST AMAZING CAKE EVER!! The perfect amount of richness and chocolate. Very chocolatey and perfect for chocolate lovers. The pudding part is sooooo smooth and it literally melts in your mouth. If I could I would give it a 6 out of 5.

Over 25 years of sampling restaurants' chocolate cakes, this is available at Scott's Bar & Grill in Edmonds, WA. A runner-up include Costco's All American Cake. And I found a few cakes in Germany that were quite good. But this cake sets the standard, and I've never had better. Warming this cake in the microwave for a few seconds, just to get the pudding / ganache a little soft, ups the flavor quotient and its gooeyness. My thanks for the local restaurant letting me purchase it at cost.

If you are a person that LOVES chocolate to the point it's your go-to choice for a dessert......and especially Dark chocolate.....this is the very best cake you will ever have, and I know that's saying a lot. It is hands down the most delicious I've ever tasted, and that's including the wonderful home-made chocolate cake my mother use to make, with a touch of coffee in the icing, from when I was a little girl. We were able to buy it from a restaurant here in Tulsa, and will now have to buy it online. Three years ago, we bought an entire cake for my Birthday party. Everyone talked about how fabulous it was.....even calling me the next day (and even a few months after) to find out where they could buy one for themselves, and for upcoming birthday's . A local restaurant serves this cake and it is everything the reviews above say it is...and more! My husband bought me an entire cake for my birthday one year and when I realized what it was, I nearly started crying! We just love everything about this cake! The “pudding” part is so smooth and rich and perfect. The cake part just melts into your mouth. No other chocolate cake has ever compared to this one!!

1) I plan on buying this cake for my wedding- it is that good. 2) Award-winning chocolate cakes from fancy steakhouses taste like garbage compared to this cake. 3) Once after a breakup, I went to the local restaurant where I found this cake and ordered half the cake to-go just for myself. They had to get the manager cause they weren't sure how to ring it up. 4) This will be my birthday cake for the rest of my life (I pray to Jesus that they never stop making this cake) This is my standard for dessert excellence and so far I have not found any chocolate cake that is even close.
