Our golden artisan pretzel dough wraps and puffs around an all-beef frank, seasoned with all-natural spices and free of artificial flavors and binders. Dusted with sesame and poppy seeds, and toasted to perfection in our ovens for a crave-able new way to eat a pretzel and a sandwich at the same time.

Defrosting/Handling Tips

Thaw under refrigeration for best results. Hold (if needed) up to 30 minutes in heat box. Wrapper is heat safe to 425°F.

Thawed Heating Instructions- Prep
1.Thaw under refrigeration for 24 hours. 2. Remove from refrigeration at time of service. 3. Heat according to the instructions below. 

TurboChef (SOTA)- Without wrapper: Temperature: 450°F, Event 1- Time %: 100, Top: 10%, Bottom: 20%, Wave: 60%, Cook Time: 70 seconds
TurboChef (SOTA)- Without wrapper: Temperature: 500°F, Event 1- Time %: 100, Top: 10%, Bottom: 10%, Wave: 50%, Cook Time: 70 seconds 

Convection Oven - With wrapper 300°F for 24-25 minutes, Heat with wrapper closed.   Fan speed: Low (if available)
