Defrosting/Handling Tips

Whole Pie: Under refrigeration (in box) 24 Hours or overnight.

Individual Slices: Under refrigeration (covered) 6 hours

    We tried this for the first time at the Airport in Houston - and asked the waitress to take a picture of the box. We have ordered one every year for our son-in-laws birthday. It is by far the absolute best cheesecake we have ever tasted.
